The law provides that an organization that has 10 or more employees, must constitute an internal complaints committee (“ICC”) to receive and redress complaints on sexual harassment at workplace.
As per the office order MBffSt2O14l23o1 106 dated 20th August, 2014 an lnternal Complaints Committee (lCC) was formulated in the college in terms of the provisions in the sexual harassment of women act at workplace ( prevention, prohibition & redressal) Act,2013.
The current committee is constituted as follows:
