The session started with invoking the almighty. Asst.Prof.Shainy Peter, member of ICC welcomed the gathering. Secretary of MBITS Sri.C.A.Kunjachan Chundattu and Principal Dr.P.Sojan Lal addressed the gathering.
Dr.Lissy Jose, former member of Women Commission, Kerala was the resource person.She explained the need of ICC in the institutions and the articles and amendments that lead to formation of the committee. She advised the students to raise their voice against injustice and inequality against women in the workplace, society and family.
A total of 88 students attended the seminar. Ms.Lulu Lavis of S4 CE concluded the session and Ms.Sheena Saiju of S2 CSE delivered the vote of thanks
