About the Department

The Department of Science and Humanities established in 2009 works for laying a strong foundation for budding engineers in the field of basic sciences and technology. The department offers teaching of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from an engineering perspective. The disciplines of Economics and Management address engineering supportive skill courses such as Professional Communication, Professional Ethics, Industrial Economics, Life skills etc. The department also incorporates the Training and Placement Cell and Physical Education. The department offers the service of a well-qualified and experienced student counsellor. The department’s academic programs are designed to meet the requirements of the fast-growing technology. The qualified, experienced and determined staff members of the department strive for fulfilling the vision and mission of the department.
