The MBA department organizes various non-academic programmes to promote students’ overall development, creativity, teamwork, and social responsibility. These programmes include cultural celebrations, arts and sports events, talent shows, team-building activities, charity initiatives, and recreational programmes. Such activities provide students with opportunities to showcase their talents, develop interpersonal skills, build strong relationships, and maintain a healthy balance between academics and extracurricular activities. These programmes also encourage student participation, unity, and a positive learning environment, contributing to the overall growth and personality development of future managers.
The MBA Clubs were established to bring together students from different management specializations and provide a platform for learning, collaboration, and professional development. These clubs include the HR Club, Marketing Club, Operations Club, and Finance Club, each focusing on its respective area of management. The main objective of these clubs is to enhance students’ managerial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills through various activities, workshops, competitions, and interactive sessions. By encouraging teamwork, creativity, and practical learning. The MBA Clubs aim to prepare students for greater opportunities and future success in the corporate world.
The club was inaugurated on 14th September 2026 by Ms. Linda Rakhesh, MD RCM Wellness Centre and CKKM Pharmacy.
