The Outbound Training Program for the MBA 2024–2026 batch was conducted on 22nd and 23rd November 2024 at Yellappetty, Munnar. The program emphasized experiential learning through engaging outdoor activities and team-based challenges. The training aimed to enhance leadership skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication among students. By stepping outside the traditional classroom environment, participants gained practical insights into collaboration, adaptability, and decision-making in real-world scenarios.It was a highly interactive and enriching experience that contributed to the overall personal and professional development of the students.
