Many of our faculty members have secured ranks at their U.G and P.G. level. Non-teaching staff members are also having good teaching and industrial experience. They are capable of handling any lab, which is very much beneficial to the students.

• 35 Students (68.63 %) from 2020-2024 batch got Placement offers in various core companies like EKK Infrastructures Pvt.Ltd and TEKON Engineering Services LLP  (Structural Detailing).
• Bhavansha C from 2020-2024 batch completed his internship at IISC Bangalore.
• Muhammed Aslam Aboobakkar, Ms. Preseetha Biju, Mr. Simon M Biju and Ms. Airin Sajeev from 2020-2024 batch completed their final year project at ISRO, Trivandrum.
• Daniel Boby from 2020-2024 batch secured first prize in C Prize test 2024 conducted by National Council for Technology and Training ( NACTET).
• Savio Saji, Mr. Muhammed Shameer T H, Mr. Arjun Sunil, Ms Thanseeha Nasrin M I. Ms. Afna A Vahid and Ms. Keerthy Jayan won First Prize in Bridge Making Competition conducted as part of Parpidam Build expo by LENSFEED in 2024.
• Muhammed Aslam Aboobakkar, Mr. Anandhu Subash, Mr. Alwin Tomy, Mr. Joseph Baby and Ms. Prathula A K from 2020-2024 batch won Second prize in the ICE Concrete Cube test competition on the occasion of the technical colloquium of Indian Concrete Institute held at Monsoon Express, Kochi in 2024.
• Saba Althaf Ali, Mr. Anandhu Subash, Mr. Daniel Boby, Mr. Joseph Baby and Mr. Albin Biju from 2020-2024 batch won First Prize in Mixed Media Construction conducted as part of Parpidam Build expo 2023.
• Successfully completed the Traffic volume survey at Kakkanad in association with KSCSTE-National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) in 2023.

• Successfully completed the “Performance evaluation of existing water transport in Ernakulam district for the Project Performance evaluation Kochi Water Metro in association with KSCSTE-National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) in 2023.

• Successfully completed the Traffic volume surveys such as Origin-Destination survey by road side interview and classified volume count at mid-block sections for the ANGAMALI – ERUMELI SABARI RAIL PROJECT in association with KSCSTE-National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) in 2022.

• Many of our M. Tech Students done their Master’s Project at VSSC-ISRO, LPSC-ISRO, CSIR-SERC and in many other reputed R & D organisations and industries.
• Successfully completed the Municipal mapping of Kothamangalam Municipality as part of “MAPATHON KERALAM” Project in the year 2021-2022.
• Successfully completed the “Classified Traffic Volume Count Survey” conducted by NATPAC in Thrissur for the project “Road Asset Management for National Highways and State Highways in Kerala” in March 2022.
• 3 of our (2017-2021) Batch students received The Chief Minister’s Student Excellence Award 2022 (1 Lakh Rupees each) in recognition of the meritorious achievement in Under Graduate Examination Conducted by Universities in the State of Kerala during the academic year (2020-21).
• 2 of our (2019-2023) Batch students received laptops from APJKTU-ADMIN (E) – Scheme to address the digital divide among the Students in March 2022.
• 20 students of (2017- 2021) Batch awarded with Honours Degree.
• Received a fund of 1 Lakh Rupees from AICTE for SPICES Scheme to Promote interests, creativity and Ethics among Students on behalf of IEI Students Chapter in 2020-2021.
• Ms. Minnu Shaji, (2017- 2021) Batch student won First prize in Smart India Hackathon 2020 Hardware edition.
• Associated with Water Resources Department, Govt. of Kerala during November 2020- February 2021 and successfully completed the Field Studies, Water Sample Collection & Analysis in the designated stretch of Muvattupuzha, Kaliyar River in connection with the “Preparation of DPR for Abatement of Pollution& Rejuvenation of 21 Rivers in KERALA”
• Associated with the Project Management Unit- REBUILD KERALA INITIATIVE, Local Self Government Department during December 2019 to February 2020 and successfully completed the Field Studies, Survey and Data Collection of designated roads of Idukki and Ernakulam Districts in connection with the “Rebuild Kerala”, initiative for rebuilding the flood affected roads of Kerala.
