KARNAK’22 was amongst the most awaited techno-cultural event being organized by MBITS. KARNAK’22 was conducted as 6-day event that featured music, dance, arts, cultural and technology events. Various eminent personalities (Mr. Shiyas Kareem, Malavika .C. Menon and Osho Jimmy) graced the occasion, with their august presence, as a distinguished guest and Jury for the various techno cultural events. Talented Students from the various colleges and University as well as the students from the prestigious Institutions of Kerala participated in the wide ranging events with great optimism and enthusiasm.
KARNAK’22 given young minds an opportunity to showcase their skills and compete with other likeminded individuals and the best talent will emerge as the winner. It was conducted on 16th ,17th & 18th of May 2022, and was inaugurated by Adv. A. Jayashankar. MBITS students conducted the inter-college tech, sports and arts festival. Various colleges participated inter-college dance fest – THANDAV, football fest – AGNI, Short Film Competition – RAGAM and fashion show – ANOKHI. The event was coordinated by Eldhose Lomy (Asst. Professor ME) and Dr. Paulose Paulose (Asst. Professor ME). The inaugural function at 17th May 3.00 PM. Sri.C A Kunjachan, Secretary, MBITS, Rev. Fr. Jose Parathuvayalil, Vicar Mar Thoma Cheria pally, P V Paulose, Chairman MBITS, felicitated in the function.
The First prize winner of THANDAV was College of Engineering, Trivandram ; ANOKHI – St.Theresa’s college, Ernakulam; and AGNI – College of Engineering, Kidangoor. DJ by college student Steve Manuel Jomi (S4 EC) and Band (Pagli) added vivacity to the occasion.
