MBITS in association with Malayala Manorama , as well as ISRO SPACE EXPO,MEGA EXHIBITION & TALENT HUNT organized an event for school students on November 18 and November 19 , 2022, from 09:00AM to 05:00PM at the MBITS College. The inauguration was done by Chief guest Mr. Jyothis Mohan IRS, Income Tax Joint Commissioner, Kochi, Sri. R. Anilkumar, Chairman of Forest Industries Travancore, was the honoured guest, and Dr. Vinodkumar Jacon, Syndicate Member of KTU, and Professor MACE Kothamangalam delivered the keynote addresses. An Indian Athletics Federation Secretary Prof. P I Babu flagged of the Bike Rally, an ABTO auto Expo conducted by Regas Mechanica, Exhibition of Remote Controlled Cars, Police Pavilion, there was an entertaining games for all the students and also there was an exhibition stall which was hosted by MBITS NSS volunteers. The NSS volunteers acquired and organised the required ancient pieces. About 40 volunteers were divided into 2 and each shift had 10 volunteers. The workday lasted six hours. The programme attracted over 2000+ students. The program’s overall cost was $ 350. The event was a huge success thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all the kids and all the dignitaries.
