A One Day Service Task was organized at Kothamangalam Municipal Office under the auspices of NSS units of MBITS Engineering College, Kothamangalam. As part of the project, the students of MBITS NSS unit did the renovation of the unused chairs in the municipal office and the cleaning of the municipal office environment. The One Day Service Task is implemented by the Technical University National Service Scheme. The project aims to provide students with hands-on training in technology. NSS Program Officers Shiju Ramachandran and Basil G Paul and Volunteer Secretaries Airin Sajeev and Abhijith K Jayan led the event. The overall expense of the program was Rs.5000.
