ONAM CELEBRATION AT SHALOM BHAVAN -2022

The Shalom Bhavan hosted an Onam celebration on September 7th, 2022. It was a memorable moment. All MBITS NSS volunteers from both units (227 & 571), as well as the Programme Officers, attended the Onam celebration at Shalom Bhavan. The program’s Chife Guset was Ernakulam Rural Association ASP Jijimon K.M. The inaugration was conducted by ASP Jijimon K.M, Sri C A Kunjachan, the MBITS secretary, and Dr. P. Sojan Lal, the principal of MBITS. All of the volunteers and Shalom Bhavan members participated in various competitions such as Onam pattu, Dance, Games, and so on as part of the Onam celebration, and they loved the occasion. NSS volunteers carried out an Onam Kodi distribution. Sister Shebek received the Onam Kodi from the Ernakulam Rural Association’s ASP Jijimon.K.M. Food was distributed to all Shalom Bhavan members by Volunteers and Programme Officers. The program’s overall cost was $ 1000. The occasion was made a success by all of the NSS volunteers, programme officers, Shalom Bhavan members, and other dignitaries who came.
