To celebrate World Environment Day by encouraging students to explore and capture the intricate beauty of nature through photography. The goal was to spread environmental awareness and appreciation via creative visual storytelling under the theme “Earth’s Details.”

In celebration of World Environment Day 2025, the IEEE Student Branch of MBITS organized a Nature Photography Contest themed “Earth’s Details.” The competition aimed to ignite creativity and environmental appreciation among students by inviting them to capture the unnoticed, subtle, and intricate elements of the natural world. The event garnered an impressive 41 participants, including 8 IEEE members, who submitted a wide variety of photographs capturing the essence of nature. The submissions reflected originality, environmental sensitivity, and aesthetic excellence. All participants were awarded certificates of participation, and exclusive rewards were designated for the winners based on creativity, composition, and relevance to the theme.
