The IEEE Student Branch, MBITS successfully organized an Industrial Talk on “Computing Systems for Aerospace Applications” on 22 October 2025 at 3:00 PM in the APJ Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Dr. Sreelal S, Outstanding Scientist, ISRO, who shared his expertise and insights with the students and faculty.
The talk provided an in-depth understanding of advanced computing technologies used in aerospace engineering, covering topics such as onboard computing architectures, real-time processing, fault-tolerant systems, and the critical role of embedded electronics in mission success. Dr. Sreelal also highlighted practical case studies from Indian space missions, offering participants valuable exposure to real-world applications.
