On 14th January 2026, as part of the NSS camp, an Enrolment of New RRC Members and Awareness Campaign on the Red Ribbon Club (RRC) was conducted at MBITS with the aim of creating awareness about HIV/AIDS and promoting responsible behaviour among students. The programme was organized by MBITS NSS Units 227 and 571, and a total of 30 NSS volunteers actively participated in the campaign.
During the programme, volunteers explained the objectives, importance, and activities of the Red Ribbon Club, emphasizing its role in HIV/AIDS prevention, health awareness, and youth involvement in social service. New members were enrolled, and participants were encouraged to take part in future RRC initiatives. The programme was successfully conducted and helped strengthen awareness, social responsibility, and student participation in public health initiatives.
