The faculty coordinator, Prof. Jikku George Kuruvilla, nominated Ms. Rithika Jobi of S7 CSE B batch as the Skill Champion for the program. The Skill Champion attended an expert-led online training session on “Resume Building & Profile Enhancement through LinkedIn”held on September 25, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Training Batch Mentors: The faculty coordinator identified and selected Batch Mentors (one representative from each class) from the college. The Skill Champion subsequently trained these mentors by sharing key insights and techniques learned from the expert session.
Campus-wide Knowledge Sharing: The trained Batch Mentors then conducted sessions for their respective classes, ensuring that every student across the campus benefited from the initiative—creating a widespread and impactful chain of learning.
