On 1st December 2025, World AIDS Day was observed at MBITS with the objective of creating awareness about HIV/AIDS and promoting a healthy and responsible lifestyle among students. The programme was organized by NSS MBITS Units 227 and 571 as part of their social awareness initiatives.
The observation included an awareness session and message highlighting the causes, prevention methods, and misconceptions related to HIV/AIDS. NSS volunteers actively participated in spreading awareness through speeches and interactions, emphasizing compassion, prevention, and social responsibility. The programme was successfully conducted and helped sensitize students about the importance of awareness and collective responsibility in preventing HIV/AIDS
