On 24th April 2024, the ECE Association “SIEHZ” organized an industrial visit, “IV 2024”, for 34 students and 5 staff members. The first visit was to Maker Village, the largest electronic hardware incubator and ESDM facility in India, a pioneering initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Trivandrum, and supported by the Kerala Startup Mission. The second destination was Agappe Diagnostics Ltd., a company dedicated to improving healthcare with top-notch In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. With its advanced in-house R&D center, Agappe focuses on developing and manufacturing IVD reagents and equipment tailored for laboratories. The visit provided invaluable insights into cutting-edge technology and innovation in both electronics and healthcare.
