On January 10, 2019, SieHz, the ECE department association, conducted an International Seminar on Patent and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The one-day seminar featured expert lawyers from CUSAT as resource persons and chief guests. The event was attended by 91 participants who gained comprehensive knowledge on patent laws, intellectual property rights, and their significance in protecting innovations. The seminar provided valuable insights and guidance on navigating the complexities of patenting and IPR, enhancing the participants’ understanding and capabilities in these critical areas.
