To acknowledge the exemplary contributions of the students of civil engineering department an appreciation ceremony was organized. A meeting was convened in the APJ Abdul Kalam seminar hall. HOD Manju George welcomed the gathering, Secretary C. A Kunjachan delivered the presidential address, Dean planning and development Dr. Solly George and placement officer Jenty Joy did the felicitation.
Department honored the students who won the first prize in the model making competition conducted at Jawharlal Nehru International stadium Kaloor by Manorama (Parpidom Expo).
Cash awards were distributed to students involved in the preparation of site plan of Kothamangalam Thaluk hospital for renovation purpose.
Certificates obtained from NATPAC were distributed to S8 and S6 students for their active participation in the 24X3 traffic volume survey conducted at Erumalapady and Pulluvazhi for the Sabari rail project.
