The program commenced with Asst. Professor Manju George, Head Dept. of Civil Engineering delivering the welcome address.

Subsequently, the presidential address was delivered by Shri. P P Vincent, Secretary, MBITS Engineering college.

Asst. Professor Veena Jayakrishnan, Organizing Secretary IC-IPSET’24 provided a concise overview of the conference.

Successively, the felicitation speeches were delivered by Dr. Shajan Kuriakose, Director, MBITS Engineering College, followed by Prof. Johny Joseph, Principal, MBITS, then Dr. Solly George, Dean Planning and Development, MBITS, and subsequently, Mr. Jose, Treasurer, MBITS.

The Logo Launch of International Conference on ‘Innovative Practices in Sustainable Engineering and Technology’ IC-IPSET’24 was initiated by Shri P.P Vincent, Secretary, MBITS. Furthermore the Website Launch of International Conference on ‘Innovative Practices in Sustainable Engineering and Technology’ IC-IPSET’24 was initiated by Dr. Shajan Kuriakose, Director, MBITS. The vote of thanks was delivered by Asst Prof. Geethu Shanmughan, Coordinator, Civil engineering Dept. Association. The session was handled by the chief guest, Mr. Ratish Menon, Prof. and Head of Civil Engineering, SCMS School of Engineering and Technology.

The session was on the topic ‘Liquid Waste Management for Sustainable Urban Environment’
