MBITS Civil Engineering department organized a one day industrial visit to International seaport Trivandrum on 2nd December 2023. Students of third, fifth, seventh semester and five staff members of civil engineering department reached the port site by 10 A.M. The team was ably guided by Chief engineer Mr. Jomon K George, Harbour Engineering Department. Students were briefed about the intricacies, potentials and geographical importance of the Vizhinjam port by the port authorities.
