Tech Nexus conducted a placement orientation for MCA students on 2nd April 2024. The program was conducted in Prof. P M George Seminar Hall. The session was led by Dr. Saji Abraham, Adjunct faculty, MAHE – Manipal. The session started with a silent prayer. Ms. Reshma S, HOD in charge, MCA welcomed the gathering. Dr. Shajan Kuriakose, the director of MBITS, delivered presidential address. Prof. Johny Joseph, Principal in charge, MBITS, addressed the gathering. The resource person, Dr. Saji Abraham briefed the topics to be covered in the session. He gave a clear picture of the expectation of IT industry and the competency to be acquired before going for an interview. He mentioned about the importance of projects, certifications, internships, best practices. The students gave constructive feedback and vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Kesiya Saju, Asst. Prof. MCA.
