A One Day Service Task was organized at PWD rest house ,Kothamangalam under the auspices of NSS units of MBITS Engineering College, Kothamangalam. As part of the project, the students of MBITS NSS unit did the painting work of the rest house and cleaning of the PWD rest house environment. The One Day Service Task is implemented by the Technical University National Service Scheme. The project aims to provide students with hands-on training in technology. NSS Program Officers Shiju Ramachandran and Basil G Paul and Volunteer Secretaries Airin Sajeev and Abhijith Jayan led the event. Around 20 volunteers participated. The overall expense of the program was Rs.5000.
