In association with MBITS NDLI CLUB conducted a yoga and meditation session on 26th May 2022. The theme was “Stress management with Yoga and Meditation”. Students of various branches participated. Training was given to perform “Surya Namaskara” and other “Asanas” of yoga like Padmasana, Halasana, Viparethakarani Mudra and Padahasthasana. 15 students participated in the session. Meditation session was performed in the central library hall.
