The M2LDP program was inaugurated jointly by Dr. Thomas George, Principal MBITS and Dr. Kemthose P Paul, (Director – MBA, MBITS) on 4th August ,2025. Dr. Arun Vijay, HoD, MBA also attended this auspicious event. The M2LDP program is designed to transform MBA students to capable managers and inspiring leaders. The program focuses on self-awareness, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and decision-making excellence. Through experiential learning, case studies, and leadership simulations, students develop the mindset and skills needed to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success. The coordinators of the program are Dr. Sagini Thomas Mathai and Assistant Professor Ms. Sreeka Chandran. As part of this program, three seminars were conducted by S3 MBA students.
