“Opportunities don’t happen by chance; they are created through preparation, perseverance, and the right mindset.” An orientation program was conducted by Mr. Adarsh P. R for the MBA Batch 2024–26 on 5th and 6th September 2024, focusing on the development of life and employability skills. The session aimed to create awareness about the corporate world and its expectations.The program provided valuable insights into the fact that performance is not determined by knowledge alone, but also by attitude, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous learning. It emphasized that with the right mindset, confidence, and willingness to grow, students can effectively bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate requirements, paving the way for a successful professional journey.
