Mechanical Engineering Department Association – Reges Mechanica organized a one-day workshop on MEP BIM–HVAC in association with CADD Campus India Pvt. Ltd. for third-year and fourth-year Mechanical Engineering students on 20/02/2026, Friday from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Mr. Raghu C. V., Senior Faculty at CADD Campus India Pvt. Ltd., was the resource person for the workshop.
This workshop equipped participants with practical skills and knowledge using MEP BIM–HVAC tools and processes In industry, these tools are widely used for HVAC system design and layout, where engineers model air-conditioning, ventilation, and ducting systems accurately within a 3D building environment. They are also applied in coordination and clash detection, allowing HVAC systems to be integrated seamlessly with electrical, plumbing, and structural components, thereby reducing errors and rework at construction sites.
